On the Xgrow platform we aim to deliver our products quickly, safely, and as efficiently as indoor growing via our electronics.

Delivery Territory

Primarily, our distribution targets the European Union territory, pacing special logistical emphasis upon the Polish market, alongside deliveries to Germany (DE), the Netherlands (NL), Czech Republic (CZ) and Spain (ES).

Order Verification and Processing Time

All our listed products have a dedicated estimated period on the "Shipping" label. Typically, standard modules (e.g., Xgrow OS, FeedMix) are packed and prepared for the Courier relatively rapidly from the acknowledgment of payment on the website (up to 3 business days). During the hot season layout, the dispatch process of logistical components may fluctuate; we'll contact you to notify about impending delays.

Calculating Charges

The e-commerce shipping cost is dynamically accounted for and verified during your checkout process mapping into your "Cart" (based on spatial sizes and the relative weight of requested devices), as well as aligning the distance from the Poznań fulfillment station.

Damaged Parcel

The parcel's integrity is heavily guarded by the cooperative transport carrier. Please verify uncompromised visual continuity with the employee instantly on the courier's side, including the arrangement of the Xgrow electrotechnical gear in case of visual damage. Submitting a damage complaint protocol upon parcel delivery dramatically accelerates launching replacement units during the compensation process.

Parcel services are conducted via external routing platforms cooperating with mail carriers endorsed by system administrator Piotr Mietliński.
