RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Right of Withdrawal from the Agreement (For Polish and EU Consumers)

If you are a Consumer, you have the right to return purchases made remotely without giving any reason within the statutory deadline of 14 calendar days, counted from the date the package is delivered to the address you specify (the customer’s physical execution of obtaining the module or system package). This also applies to individuals with an unregistered or new business entity in CEIDG acting strictly in a non-professional capacity.

Exceptions and Limitations of Exclusion from the Right (Note on usage for hygiene reasons)

Due to safety and the nature of our products (environmental sensors, mixing of chemistry and fertilizers, modules placed in the ground/root zone), derogations apply. In accordance with Consumer Law in the Republic of Poland and the EU, a return cannot be granted for elements subject to rigorous bans and chemical-hygienic destruction.

Important: Purchased equipment and goods are not subject to any return if they have been in physical contact with: fertilizers, home / indoor soil, coco coir, or customers' biological water solutions. This specifically applies to products from the dosing domain (Nutrient Doser), tubes, module boots, water pumps, and soil sensors opened from the seal and previously embedded in a wet substrate. Secondary market exchange is unacceptable for botanical electronics after the packaging's hygienic protection is damaged.

Condition of Return Shipment and Costs

  • The refund for the order (including standard inbound courier costs for modules and the undisturbed electronics hub specified above) will be credited to the generic return source wallet, in the exact same manner as in the primary transaction within a maximum of 14 days from the item reaching the Seller's warehouse inventory again.
  • The cost of the return shipment itself (from You to the Store) is covered by the Buyer according to the legal norm.
  • You hold total material liability for damages and visible installation threatening a market depreciation component price due to an improper method of verifying them.
